This year, the most important exhibition for beer and beverage production and marketing will be held in Nuremberg from 13 to 15 November.
BRAU-Beviale is an unmissable event for the Celli Group.

Thanks to numerous developments and consolidated acquisitions, the Group will be showcasing new research, technology and service-related advances. All Group companies are fully engaged in the event, united by a shared concept “Beyond the Bottle,” which is based on three key elements: Sustainability, Human Centred Processes and Digitisation.

This new concept has encouraged the Group to create smart, digital and interactive products that broaden and enrich the consumer experience, while simultaneously safeguarding the planet and providing customers with information to aid business management. In fact, the beer business is currently undergoing a radical transformation and drinking experiences are becoming increasingly focused on complete user engagement with the beer dispenser, a development that is also owed to new digital projects.

For the Celli Group, digitisation is key to driving market players and consumers towards an advanced dispensing world that is better connected, accessible and immediate: this is why IntelliDraught was created.

The overwhelming revolution of IntelliDraught is in making dispensing systems “smart” by allowing them to collect and send data to a processing system to obtain valuable information on the equipment’s status, on the quality of the dispensed beverage, and on consumption habits. With Celli IntelliDraught, producers, service centres, logistic networks, etc. can access an unprecedented amount and variety of data allowing to improve process efficiency and save resources.
Celli IntelliDraught provides remote control over all the host systems through the ability to check the perfect conditions of the beer dispenser at all times, or to take immediate action in case of problems. It therefore allows to leverage on huge potentials and to achieve true competitive advantages, including: sharp reduction of downtimes, limited on-site interventions, optimal spare part supply management.
IntelliDraught enhances competitiveness with smart connected products. Data and information access today is a crucial wealth for companies, just like people, technologies, and capital, and can even become a decisive factor for most.
The IntelliDraught system benefits, in particular, dispensing system suppliers, beer and beverage producers, marketing units, service centres, point of sale owners, and consumers themselves, who are ensured high-quality service.

Intellidraught, thanks to an IOT logic, for advanced and remote management of the facilities on the premises, allows you to monitor all the technical parts of the beer dispenser, anticipate breakdowns, verify that the quality of the supply is adequate to the needs of the brands, manage the portfolio, the returns of marketing activity – explained Cesare Schiatti in an interview for Beverfood.com at the last Beer Attraction.

Celli Group – a world leader in draught systems thanks to advanced digital technology and its industrial heritage – is ready to showcase a new way of consuming beverages: an immersive experience under the banner of environmental sustainability.

We look forward to seeing you in Nuremberg (Germany) at STAND 506, HALL 5 from 12 to 14 November 2019.
