Sustainability
Learn about the Celli’s sustainability data, the initiatives we’ve undertaken to reduce our environmental impact, and the goals that guide our path forward.
Our Approach
For Celli, sustainability translates into measurable results and a path of continuous improvement. Our work also begins with what we do every day: developing professional beverage dispensing systems that promote consumption patterns that can help reduce the use of single-use containers.
To turn this commitment into action, we measure our impacts, set goals, and adopt recognized tools to guide and monitor our progress. It’s an evolving journey that encompasses the environment, people, and the way we operate and make decisions.
On this page, we share the available data, the initiatives we’ve undertaken, and the goals we’re working toward, along with our first Sustainability Report.
Environmental Protection
We reduce the environmental impact of our operations and incorporate eco-efficiency criteria into our processes, products, and logistics.
Energy and Climate
We improve energy efficiency and promote, where feasible, the use of energy from renewable sources.
Waste and Circular Economy
99% of non-hazardous waste is recycled or reused, and whenever possible, we refurbish our equipment to extend its useful life.
Life Cycle
We promote product durability and repairability, efficiency during the product’s service life, and the management of components at the end of their life, in compliance with applicable regulations.
Social Responsibility
We prioritize people, workplace safety, professional growth, and respect for fundamental rights.
People and Skills
More than 4,000 hours of training provided in 2025. We promote skills, employment, and professional development. We partner with schools and universities to offer internships.
Health and Safety
We comply with the safety regulations of every country in which we operate and promote safe work environments through prevention, education, training, and risk management.
Dignity and Privacy
We promote active listening, respectful interactions, and reporting channels that are consistent with company policies. We safeguard the confidentiality and proper handling of personal data and information, in compliance with the applicable regulations in the countries where we operate.
Governance
We operate with integrity, transparency, and accountability, strengthening controls and integrating sustainability into the supply chain.
Ethics and Integrity
We promote the Code of Ethics as a guide for appropriate conduct in both internal and external relationships. We reject all forms of corruption and promote fair competition, transparency, and sound accounting practices.
Sustainable Purchasing
We incorporate environmental, social, and ethical criteria into the selection and management of our suppliers, especially those considered strategic.
Whistleblowing
We ensure confidential reporting channels, protection for whistleblowers, and compliance with applicable laws.
