On top of that, it is possible to customize shapes and lines of the iced surface for an impactful design and maximum theatrical effects in the establishment. ZeroTech also allows to tap extra-cold beer (with temperatures lower than 0° C); the digital thermostat also allows a perfect and steady temperature control for beer draught.
All this means an extraordinary drinking experience for the eyes and the palate. ZeroTech’s environmental impact is remarkably lower than traditional cooling circuits, because no polluting liquids requiring a special disposal like glycol are used, and because it ensures a great performance in terms of energy consumption.
The ZeroTech technology by Celli is made up of a thermoelectric module that creates a cooling effect during power flowing through dual heterogeneous conductors. The all-in-one system does not require glycol secondary equipment, with consequent space savings. Besides not requiring a secondary equipment, ZeroTech Box’s footoprint is minimal: 120x300x250 mm. This box can be conveniently located under the bar near the tower, for an impressive space optimization.
ZeroTech is an extremely silent box characterized by a total absence of noise during operation, which is strategic under-the-counter feature.
Installation is very easy: by using the box and a simple connection to recirculation, already present in the stud, installation and maintenance times are reduced by half.
