On the occasion of the renewal of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications for the Quality-Environment Integrated Management System, Celli has extended the scope of the certification to the Service processes, becoming the first and only Service provider in the industry in Italy certified as per both international standards.
Celli Service Division is Celli Group’s company dedicated to offering customers in the beverage industry a wide range of services designed to ensure over time the excellence of the best drinking experience. Thanks to an international and widespread network of partners and technicians on the territory, Celli Service Division is able to offer on a world scale a full-fledged asset management in the handling and maintenance of the plant park and its appropriate operation.
This recognition was awarded after a careful verification by the technical staff of the international body Kiwa Cermet, which acknowledged the full compliance of all Celli’s processes with the requirements established by the two Standards.
The ISO 9001 certification ensures a company’s ability to organize and manage its resources and manufacturing processes in order to understand and meet customers‘ requirements, and the commitment to continuously improve such ability. The asset management vision of the Service division is the result of clear and consolidated processes measured in compliance with the highest international standards, as certified by the Auditors.
The ISO 14001 standard ensures the ability to manage one’s processes in compliance with the environmental regulations and defining environment quality objectives, preparing and implementing a system able to achieve them, and committing to continuously improving one’s environmental performance. The Service Division, thanks to its know-how resulting from Celli’s over 40 years ‘experience in this industry, ensures plant servicing and repair services generating a virtuous management of scraps and waste, optimizing and reducing the environmental impact.
