The Drinktec fair, on September 11-15, is a very important event for the Celli Group.
Like every year, we will grant ample room to a variety of discussions on the hottest topics of the moment, providing data, trends, and news to help understand the evolution of the beverage business and its influence on consumers in view of a great and sustainable drinking experience.
Technological innovation is a key value for Celli. The agenda will therefore include a conference on IntelliDraught, the technology conceived by Celli and based on the IoT (Internet of Things) concept. How can smart connected systems help producers improve the quality of beverages and monitor sales? How can system maintenance become more efficient to allow public place owners to reduce costs or prevent downtimes?
These questions will be answered by Paolo Cavalsassi during his lecture on Thursday, September 13.
Cavalsassi will also speak at another conference on Friday 14 focusing on the development and macro-trends in the water dispensing business. This will be a very interesting discussion aimed at outlining the scenario expected for the next few years, which envisages thorough changes in consumption in favour of the draught.
On Tuesday, September 12 Sean Fortune, design and branding expert, will describe the tools used to involve consumers in points of sale on a more and more sophisticated and competitive beverage market. Last but not least, the hottest topic for the Celli Group.
On Monday, September 11, the Managing Director of Angram, Nigel Farrar, will unveil all the secrets of cask ale beer dispensing, between tradition and innovation.
All the conferences will take place at the Celli Group stand at 3.00 p.m.
