THE CELLI GROUP ACQUIRES FJE PLASTIC DEVELOPMENT ITD

In the wake of the Circular Economy, Celli strengthens its leadership by acquiring a company specialized in molding that allows the controlled use of recycled plastics.

Rimini, March 7, 2018 - The Celli Group, a global leader in the beverage dispensing, announced that it finalized - through its English subsidiary ADS2 - the acquisition of 100% of the capital of FJE Plastic Development Ltd, an English company specialized in plastic molding injection, a key process for the production of many components necessary for use in dispensing equipment that this Rimini Group offers.

The transaction will strengthen the Group's industrial organization in the UK, with benefits also for the Italian production sites, consolidating its vertical integration strategy, already widely implemented with the subsidiary LAM, specialized in sheet metal processing, and ADS2 Print Division specialized in printing and decoration through traditional and digital technology.
