COSMETAL QUALITY CERTIFIED AS PER ISO 9001:2015

In the mid eighties Cosmetal started to work on designing and producing water coolers until it became the most important Italian manufacturer and one of the main international leaders for drinking water dispensing solutions.

Cosmetal has always illustrated its quality to the market through its products.
When in 2017 Cosmetal joined the Celli Group, the need arose to integrate as much as possible organization and standards based on both geographic proximity and similarity of the processes. The integration of technical, operational and commercial processes allows and will increasingly allow to transfer expertise and value to develop increasingly innovative and reliable products able to meet customers’ requirements.

To align the standards and processes between the two companies, it was decided to adopt also in Cosmetal an international and certifiable Quality Management model, Standard ISO 9001:2015.

Starting from March 2018, therefore, both Cosmetal and Celli are ISO 9001:2015 certified. Being certified by a third and independent body, Cosmetal is able to demonstrate its ability to supply products and services that regularly meet customers’ and mandatory requirements.

The ISO 9001:2015 certification for Cosmetal is an important target reached and also the first step for continuous improvements in its processes and further certifications like for example ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management Systems). Quality and design meet process certification, a fundamental target achieved in its growth journey.
