The Celli Service Division was therefore launched on January 1, 2016 for the purpose of covering a broad area of development, at first in Italy, then at international level. It is an important innovation that meets a growing need of beverage multinational companies, always pursuing efficiency and quality in technical support services. This is a growing trend even at this time of harsh competition, a key to value creation for customers through the integration of products and services. A new challenge that will involve the broad Celli network of dealers and support centres, which includes over 150 technicians and 20 companies operating at top level across the territory, a call center handling over 200 calls per day, and 30,000 points of sale, both of beer and post-mix. An integrated service platform, always aimed at ensuring the best drinking experience, in the name of Celli.
