This innovative tower has the built-in ZeroTech advanced system by Celli Group, able to use Peltier thermoelectric cells to ice or dispense iced drinks.
This revolutionary solution leverages the normal water recirculation line of the tower, where the autonomous system removes heat from the area of the Peltier cells, creating an insulated area where ice is formed quickly and constantly.
This new cooling system is environmentally friendly and at the same time it reduces both energy consumption and the footprint under the bar counter. By eliminating the secondary cooling system, the production of further components is avoided, and since the chassis is in recyclable stainless steel, waste production is reduced.
